There was a story in the paper today about two people injured in a Berrien County car accident on December 13 at Lake Michigan College. According to police, an elderly couple were walking in the parking lot of Lake Michigan College when they were allegedly hit by a Dodge Intrepid with it headlights off, driven by a 26-year-old female Lake Michigan student. The couple were rushed to a local hospital for treatment of their serious injuries. Police are still investigating this accident.

Fatal Williamsburg Pedestrian Accident

There was a tragic story on the news yesterday about a fatal Williamsburg pedestrian accident on Halloween in Grand Traverse County. According to the police, a passenger car allegedly hit a pedestrian as he tried to cross M-72, at the entrance to the Turtle Creek Casino. The pedestrian was taken to Munson Medical Center where he was pronounced dead from his serious injuries. Police are still investigating this accident.

Ovid Township Pedestrian Accident

I read a story in the news today about an Ovid Township Pedestrian Accident on Tuesday, October 20th. According to the Branch County Sheriff’s Office, a teenager was driving south on Lake Drive when his vehicle allegedly drifted off the road and hit a woman walking northbound with her dogs. When the police found her, she was lying in the grass with obvious serious injuries. She was airlifted to Bronson Methodist hospital for treatment. Police are still investigating this accident.
