There was a story on the news today about a man killed in a fatal Muskegon pedestrian hit and run accident on December 13 in Dalton Township. According to the Muskegon County Sheriff’s office, a 40-year-old Eagleston Township man was walking eastbound on Tyler Road when he was allegedly struck by a car heading the same way. The pedestrian was killed on the scene. The driver left the scene of accident but later turned himself in. Police are still investigating this accident.

There was a story in the paper today about two people injured in a Berrien County car accident on December 13 at Lake Michigan College. According to police, an elderly couple were walking in the parking lot of Lake Michigan College when they were allegedly hit by a Dodge Intrepid with it headlights off, driven by a 26-year-old female Lake Michigan student. The couple were rushed to a local hospital for treatment of their serious injuries. Police are still investigating this accident.

According to the police, a passenger car allegedly hit a pedestrian as he tried to cross M-72, at the entrance to the Turtle Creek Casino. I read a story in the news today about an Ovid Township Pedestrian Accident on Tuesday, October 20th. According to the Branch County Sheriff’s Office, a teenager was driving south on Lake Drive when his vehicle allegedly drifted off the road and hit a woman walking northbound with her dogs.
